At Salt to Bush Supply, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Method:

  • We ship all orders via Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on location and Australia Post delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your parcel on the Australia Post Website.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have been handed to Australia Post.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct β€” we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.Β

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!

Returns:

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at salttobushsupply@gmail.comΒ with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at salttobushsupply@gmail.comΒ with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please Note:

  • Used or washed items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Following the product care guide will ensure your item stays in perfect condition.
